We typically arrange the first session within 2-3 days of booking confirmation. For urgent requests, we can sometimes accommodate same-day or next-day sessions depending on tutor availability.
We understand that schedules can change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty if proper notice is given. For last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours), a fee may apply.
We accept cash, bank transfers, and mobile money payments (Telebirr, CBE Birr). Payment is typically required before the start of sessions, especially for package bookings. For ongoing tutoring arrangements, we offer monthly payment options.
