We typically arrange the first session within 2-3 days of booking confirmation. For urgent requests, we can sometimes accommodate same-day or next-day sessions depending on tutor availability.

We understand that schedules can change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty if proper notice is given. For last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours), a fee may apply.

We match tutors based on subject expertise, teaching style, and the specific needs of the student. We consider factors such as the student's learning style, academic goals, and personality to ensure a good fit. If for any reason the match isn't working well, we're happy to assign a different tutor.

Students should have their regular school textbooks and materials available. Our tutors will provide supplementary materials, practice problems, and resources as needed. For specific subjects, we may recommend additional resources, but these are typically included in the tutoring package.

Our tutors maintain detailed records of each session, including topics covered, progress made, and areas that need additional focus. Depending on your package, we provide regular progress reports. We also conduct periodic assessments to measure improvement and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

We accept cash, bank transfers, and mobile money payments (Telebirr, CBE Birr). Payment is typically required before the start of sessions, especially for package bookings. For ongoing tutoring arrangements, we offer monthly payment options.
